For customers that prefer it, we can also do classic garlands, where all the balloons are the same size. It just depends on the aesthetic and the feel of your event. We also can offer grab-and-go garlands where the customer comes to pick the decor up and sets it up themselves.

    Yes! Balloon garlands make for the perfect accent to surround the chair of the person of honor, to be a background for a selfie/photo station, to add flair to a cake table, or anything else you can think of. 


    Our creative process works best when you can share with us your overall inspiration and goals for the event. From there, we can create a custom, organic garland that will delight the guest(s) of honor and their guests.

  • What is your process at Urban Balloons by Dawn?

    At Urban Balloons by Dawn, our Qualatex-certified, mother-daughter balloon artist team has a tried and true process to ensure we meet and exceed your expectations. Our dynamic duo will:


    • Ask you to share inspiration if you have any (Pinterest, social media, web search, etc.)
    • Inquire about all the specifications, including colors, patterns (a swirl of two colors is the most common pattern we see in balloon arches), and the size of the space.
    • Ask about your budget.
    • Send you a proposal for you to approve.
    • Provide constant communication leading up to your event and the day of.
    • Come to your event and set up the balloons ahead of time, and ensure everything meets your standards.

    Pricing for organic balloon garlands starts at $125 per 6-foot section. Additional installation fees may apply depending on your design and space, so let’s chat about it so we can give you a final number.

  • How does a balloon garland fit in with my other event decor?

    One thing we always emphasize here at Urban Balloons by Dawn is that we want you balloons to accentuate the decor and theme you’ve already established for your event. Our favorite projects are ones where we can incorporate balloons in a few different places at your event (think Kardashians but scaled to your event location and budget.)
