  • What areas do you service?

    We provide professional balloon decor for Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. We also serve surrounding areas (Santa Fe, Edgewood, Los Lunas, Belen) for no additional fee. Need balloons out of our service areas?  E-mail us! We may be able to travel for large events!

  • How long do balloons last indoors?

    Air filled ballon decor can last weeks inside. The amount of time balloons will last, will depend on the environmental conditions of the space.

  • How long to balloons last outdoors?

    Outdoor balloon decor is affected by the elements (sun, heat, wind, rain, etc.).  Therefore balloons used outside are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time.

  • Can I meet with you at my event space?

    Yes, we can meet on-site for a design consultation on select weekdays, for an additional fee.

  • How far in advance should I place my order?

    The earlier the better!  Events are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. 

  • What is the delivery fee?

    Delivery fees will vary with location and time/date of delivery.

  • Can I pick my balloons up directly from you?

    At this time, balloon decor is for delivery only. 

  • Do prices include removal of the decor?

    Decor removal can be arranged for an additional fee. If you would like to add this service, please let us know when placing your order.  

  • How do I pay for my decor?

    Once your order is finalized, an invoice will be e-mailed to you, and you can pay online with a credit card.


     


    For schools, organizations, and corporations, we understand a check may need to be processed for payment. If a payment cannot be made before the event date, a signed contract will be required.

  • What is your cancelation policy?

    Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. Orders canceled 30 days or more, prior to your event, are elidgible for a credit for your next event, equal to monies paid. Orders less than 30 days from the event are not elidgible for cancelation. No refunds are provided on any orders. 

  • Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?

    Yes, the latex balloons we use are made from natural materials. They are 100% boidegradable and break down roughly at the same rate as an oak leaf. Foil balloons are able to be recycled, but are NOT biodegradable.

  • I bought some balloons from somewhere else, can you inflate them for me?

    We can, but we do not guarantee the quality of balloons will be the same as the ones we provide. You will be charged full price for the balloons, if they are found to be defective and/or pop during (or after) inflation. 

  • Do you have a minimum order amount?

    We request that orders are no less that $200.
